Dashboard page

The Folderly deliverability dashboard serves as the primary section within the application and is designed to provide you with a thorough overview of your mailbox's current status and performance.

Folderly score

The Folderly Score is a unique metric created by Folderly to assess the health of your mailbox in a more comprehensive way than ever before. This score considers factors such as inbox placement rate, spam triggers, and adherence to best practices, offering you a complete picture of your mailbox's performance. Ideally, you should aim for a Folderly Score of 95 or higher. This indicates that your deliverability improvement campaigns effectively perform their intended function.

The left sidebar of the Folderly Score displays the overall score for your domain, which can range from 0 to 100.

The middle section of the Folderly Score is divided into four parts:

  • The top Section provides information about the status of Folderly's daily operations. It can display either 'Daily upkeep completed,' as currently shown, or it may show you the remaining time for completion.

  • 'Inbox' Section finds information about the percentage of emails that successfully land in the inbox folder.

  • 'Spam' Section: This section offers insights into the percentage of emails that end up in the spam folder.

  • 'Other' Section: The final part provides information about the percentage of emails delivered to folders other than the inbox, such as the Promotion folder.

These sections together give you a detailed overview of your email deliverability performance.

The third section offers valuable insights and guidance on preventing emails from ending up in the Spam folder.

'Best practices' - In this section, you'll discover best practices and recommendations for your outreach, carefully curated by the Folderly deliverability team. This resource is set to become available in Q3.

'Spam triggers' - The Spam Triggers feature enables you to explore in-depth analytics regarding spam triggers originating from different email service providers. However, it's essential to exercise caution when removing a template from this folder. Deleting a template from this folder will remove it from your mailbox but not from the Email Template library. If you want to learn how to work with the library, please follow this link.

You can utilize these navigation dots to sort and view the number of templates created using either 'Plain Text' or 'HTML Code.' It provides a convenient way to categorize and assess your templates based on their formatting.

Settings

This guide will walk you through the process of modifying your email sending limits and sender name as per your preferences.

You'll see two dots in the second folder: 'Disable Folderly' and 'Delete Mailbox.' It's crucial to exercise caution and avoid pressing these dots without proper consideration. Taking such actions can potentially impact your domain's reputation.

Folderly is designed to operate smoothly daily, contributing to your domain's reputation growth. Therefore, it's generally best to keep Folderly enabled and maintain the stability of your email operations. Making hasty decisions to disable or delete your mailbox can have unintended consequences, so it's advisable to proceed with care and seek guidance if needed.
