How to connect my email address?

Once you have created an account you are probably curious about the next steps.

Now we need to connect your email address for the Email Deliverability Test and Spam Fix with further maintenance.

Click on the "Add Email" button.

Now you need to "Select your email service provider (ESP)" you using on your domain. It can be a Google G-Suite, Office365, Outlook, Microsoft Exchange, or any other custom provider. If you have a question just drop us a message.

Let's say we have chosen "Google" as our ESP.

Write down your "Email Address", "App Password", and "Sender Name" and press the "Add Email" button. Once you have connected the mailbox, you will find it in the "Folderly Dashboard"

How to connect my template and launch Folderly?

Click on the domain to continue setting up your Folderly account.

Now click on the email address you have just added, and you'll see the next page.

In order to start Spam Fix, you need to add a template. We suggest putting the most often used template on the particular mailbox for warm-up. This way we imitate your usual email outreach to teach spam filters that your emails are trustworthy.

Click "Create Template" then choose type of the email.

Feel in the rows and hit the "Add template" button.

You have successfully added a template!

After adding a template hit the "Run Folderly" button. Congrats, you have now started the Spam Fix 🤩

Folderly will run it automatically on a daily basis. It may take up to a few hours to see your first Sender Score, stay tuned!
