To leverage from Klaviyo email marketing functionality and features, you may want to connect to Folderly for maintenance procedures.
The connection process will consist of two steps: API key allocation in the Klaviyo account, and domain connection with Folderly.
First, you need to copy Private API Key for your Klaviyo sender account. In your Klaviyo user cabinet go to Account page (1).
Then, in the Settings drop-down menu (2) select API Keys (3).
Next, click the Create Private API Key button (4). In the API keys list click the 'show key' button and copy API Key (5).
IMPORTANT
While we're here, to ensure that Folderly functions work properly, you should also check a couple of options in the Klaviyo settings.
On the Account page go to Settings β> Email. Check if the options 'Ignore transactional messages' (1) and 'At send time' sending (2) are active.
Now, go to your Folderly profile. To connect a domain and mailbox with Folderly, on the home page click the [Add mailbox] button and select "Klaviyo" in the email service providers list.
Put the API Key, found on the Klaviyo API Keys page, in the "API Key" field. Specify in the line "Campaign name" how you want the Folderly campaign to be called.
Fill in the fields:
"Email address" β Klaviyo Sender Email, used for marketing campaigns;
"Sender name" β company or your name. Appears in the 'From' field of recipient's mailbox.
Click the [Next step] button to connect your mailbox. Now you can set up an email template, and start using Folderly.
