In this guide, we’ll review how to set up recurring inbox placement tests using the Inbox Insights feature.
1) To get started, go to the Inbox Insights section in the left-hand menu of your Folderly dashboard. Once you're there, look at the top navigation bar and click on the Recurring tests tab, this is where all the scheduled tests are managed.
2) Click the "Setup test" button in the top-right corner.
3) Next, you’ll need to select the mailboxes you want to include in the test. At this stage, you can either choose from the mailboxes you’ve already added or connect a new one. If you need help adding a new mailbox, feel free to check out this guide. Once you’ve selected the right option for your case, we’ll continue setting up the test using the existing mailboxes.
4) At this stage, select all the mailboxes you want to include in the test, then click the "Select" button to proceed.
5) In the next step, you'll see a list of the mailboxes you’ve selected. This allows you to double-check that all the necessary mailboxes are included. If you need to make changes, you can easily adjust the list at this stage. In the top-right corner, you can either add more mailboxes from those already connected to Inbox Insights or connect a new one. You can also remove any mailbox by unchecking it from the list.
Once you’ve reviewed and confirmed everything looks good, click the "Next step" button to continue.
6) Next, you’ll need to choose the email template that will be used for the tests. You can either select an existing template from your library or create a new one. If you need help creating a template, this article will guide you through the process.
For now, we’ll move forward using a pre-existing library template.
7) Here, you must select the template you want to use for the tests. Once you’ve chosen, click the "Select" button to proceed.
8) At this stage, your template has been successfully added. Make sure it’s the correct one, then click the "Next step" button to continue.
9) At this stage, you’ll be setting up the schedule for your recurring test. Here’s what you need to configure:
