Welcome to Pulse!

First, click on an already set-up email. This article provides instructions on how to set up Pulse.

There are three pages: "Home," "Mailboxes," and "Integrations." Let's examine each one.

Home

The Home page begins with a dashboard. It provides information about the connected mailbox, members, integrations, notifications, inbox rate, and testing templates.

With the help of the panel in the top right corner, you can pause or delete this test.

The Configuration section contains all the settings you selected during the test setup, such as the email provider and testing time.

You can change values. Don't forget to tap the "Save changes" button.

The alert rule provides a notification rule by specifying the percentage threshold that will trigger an alert message.

The notification page provides information about Members who get the alert message and integrations.

Mailboxes

The Mailboxes section provides a list of mailboxes connected to the platform.

You can also add new mailboxes with the help of the button in the top right corner.

Integrations

You can add integrations to your Pulse to receive alerts through various channels that are convenient for you.

In addition to email notifications, you can get notifications via Slack (SMS and Webhook coming soon).
