The Dashboard is the main overview page in Folderly. It is designed to give you a complete picture of your email deliverability health at a glance and help you understand what is happening across your mailboxes without diving into technical details.

The main Dashboard screen can be divided into three key areas: Account Health, Tasks Overview, and the Folderly Score Timeline. Each of these sections provides a different level of visibility into your email deliverability and together they form a complete overview of your account.

Below, we take a closer look at each of these areas and explain what information they provide and how to interpret it.

The Account Health block represents the overall condition of your account based on deliverability risks detected by Folderly.

This score is directly influenced by:

• Unresolved best practices tasks

• Detected spam triggers

• Disconnected mailboxes

Each unresolved issue lowers the score because it reduces monitoring accuracy or increases the risk of emails landing outside the inbox.

The Folderly Score Timeline visualizes changes in your deliverability score over time.

Each data point represents the account score for a specific day. This timeline allows you to:
• Track progress after fixes and improvements
• Identify sudden drops or fluctuations
• Correlate changes with sending activity or task updates

Folderly Score

Shows your average Folderly Score across the account for each day. This score reflects overall deliverability health. On the right, you can view Folderly Scores for each mailbox to compare performance.

Inbox Rate

Displays the average Inbox Rate per day across the account. Inbox Rate shows how often emails land in the Primary inbox. Per mailbox Inbox Rates are shown on the right for deeper analysis.

Spam Triggers

Shows the total number of spam triggers detected across your account. These triggers increase the risk of emails landing in Spam. The right side shows a breakdown of trigger types and their counts.

Actions

Shows all actions performed by Folderly related to your account activity. On the right, you can see which actions occurred and how often.

Tasks Page Guide

The Tasks page provides a detailed view of all deliverability related checks and recommendations in your account. It is designed to turn complex deliverability rules into clear, understandable items.

On this page, you can see what influences your inbox placement and how various issues affect your overall score. It also breaks tasks into three categories: disabled mailboxes, best practices, and spam triggers.

Within these categories, you can view each specific task, see which mailbox it is not completed on, its priority level (due or critical), and the estimated time required to complete it.

By clicking on any task, you will be taken to the corresponding mailbox, where you can find a more detailed description and step by step instructions on how to fix the specific issue.
